Our very own President and Founder, Andrea Herrera was recently featured on 1871's ChiBuys series in which Amazing Edibles is a partner vendor, you can read the piece here!

1871,  a frequent collaborator of Amazing Edibles, is one of Chicago's premier co working and incubator spaces. Through their ChiBuys series they seek to support minority and women-owned food vendors in the Chicago land area and promote a greater sense of diversity and inclusion in the community. 

In her feature in the series, Andrea talks about her biggest influences, the role of the community in business, and all about her experience with opening up Amazing Edibles and the challenges that came with this.
