Lytle House

Take a minute to imagine yourself in a grassy courtyard. To your left, a colorful mural of the city stretches far above your head; to your right, a line of bright green trees. Ahead of you, past a fire pit, through the trees and a metal pergola, you see a glass garage door. Winding your way through the court yard, you approach the door which opens, revealing high ceilings, exposed brick, and modern, industrial style decor.

This is the Lytle House, a 2800 square foot indoor-outdoor space nestled behind rustic metal doors in the hustle of North Broadway street. Created by two married photographers, Robyn and Michelle, the Lytle House--once an auto shop--is now a beautiful, intimate venue for weddings, photoshoots, team building events and even yoga! The Lytle house lives up to its name as one of Chicago's "Best New 2018 Event Spaces" by Crain’s Chicago, providing a comfortable space conductive to a variety of events.

The Lytle house provides 10 beautiful rectangular custom walnut and steel tables and 80 chairs. Included in rental is a Sonos sound system, wifi, ethernet, and LED lighting.  The outdoor space contains a colorful mural, fire pit, garden, and comfy outdoor furniture perfect for lounging and chatting. With all of its wonderful amenities, Lytle house is the perfect place to host any intimate gathering!
